Austin provided wonderful service and very personable !

Austin knows his stuff. And he was neat and respectful with having the right tools to manage the dust from very hard sheetrock. this is my second job done by them and I will call again. Fair price as well.

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. The service was prompt, friendly, and extremely well done. I had called several other electricians, all of whom told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could do any troubleshooting, but Bates Electric couldn't have been more accommodating. I will certainly use them for any of my electrical needs in the future.

Bates, and Austin the lead tech, did a great job. Very prompt and courteous. Austin went above and beyond in the repairs and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
